image Gary Vaynerchuk's dad moved to the U.S. from Belarus with nothing in 1978, and built the Wine Library store in New Jersey into a business that sells $50 million in wine a year.

Now Gary is making the Wine Library into a global brand through his video show and efforts on Twitter, Facebook, and FriendFeed. In this video at the family store in New Jersey, Gary talks with Robert Scoble about how small businesses can use social media tools to build a brand online.

It's not too late, Gary says. "It is so much earlier than people think!"
