		<description>I fall on the lassez fair when it comes to allowing behavioral ad networks.  When you follow the motive of Google, which is to serve more relevant ads (because it&#039;s more likely to be profitable for them), it makes sense to allow them to do it.  Sure, there are evil things that *could* be done, but there&#039;s no incentive for them to do it.</description>

		<description>Wired wrote a boat load of garbage on this topic.. they must have needed some space on the print edition.  I like Wired but this was a #fail for them.  Again good to see we can keep Wired &quot;wired-right&quot; when it comes to policy ;-)</description>

		<description>Although I dont think full on anti-trust scrutiny is needed at this stage the Gov&#039;t does need to start investigating further into Google&#039;s and other&#039;s practices around data collection and click fraud.  Their hands off approach to date has stage the stage for &quot;self governance&quot; which makes companies only do the bare minimum, if that.</description>
