We apologize for the server issues we’ve been experiencing the last few days. As it turns out, Bluehost, the hosting provider we chose at SiliconANGLE a couple months ago, increased the restrictions on processor usage four or five days ago on our server. We had previously purchased additional processor time here, but apparently that wasn’t sufficient enough to run the basic functions of a WordPress blog that frequently has a dozen or so contributors logged in at any given point (and the meteorically increased traffic patterns we’ve been experiencing as of late).
We’re in the process of evaluating our next move, and we’re choosing our next host wisely so as to avoid a situation like this (while not breaking the bank – we are, after all, a bootstrapped operation).
Please, then, excuse our dust while we make yet another emergency migration over the next few days. You may see odd things like re-directs and deprecated functions in the interim while we’re moving things over and testing out our many features and functions.
This will hopefully be the last move we make for a while – we’re finally going to graduate from the shallow end hosting of the hosting pool to a real solution.
