Dropbox Apps Directory Gives a Helping Hand for Holiday Shopping

What can be more helpful during the upcoming shopping season than a shopping tool?  Fortunately for busy shoppers, there are several to be found in the Dropbox Apps Directory. The updated apps available for iPhone and Android experience increasing popularity among users who adopt Dropbox’s cloud storage solutions, in order to place it and secure it in a safe virtual environment, accessible anytime from their smartphones or PCs.

The interest for Dropbox is also influenced by the increased popularity of apps worldwide, a concept that was adopted by the shopping solutions developers. The level of feasibility and efficiency of the apps is directly proportional with the apps directories. The popularity developing process is also interested to be seen as it pertains the individual consumers (shoppers).

Google’s also offering some holiday shopping perks, with its Product Search update. It shows a deep concern for simplifying the shopping process during the holiday season. The improvements in this field, of web-based utilities for shoppers is grounded on the evidence that 93% of the holiday purchases are done offline, but 43% of them are a result of online research. Google wants to fill the gap by introducing local availability of Google Product Search or Google Shopper1.3.

The world is moving faster that we perceive it, but this phenomenon is more accelerating in competitive market. Evernote also made the offensive move by offering an apps directory for the consumer cloud.
