Evernote’s Sponsored Accounts Makes Bills Payment Hassle-Free
Ever since its launch, Evernote has received numerous requests and suggestions on having sponsored accounts that will make bills payment easier. With this new feature, one person can get Evernote Premium accounts for his or her whole organization, team or family. The ease comes when one bill arrives and you just have to pay one time every month.
With sponsored accounts, purchasing and managing Premium Accounts of any group size is made simpler. As one creates a sponsored group, he or she will send an invitation to selected members. At any time, you can approve or remove anyone from the list if you are the one managing the account.
Now, the question is: will the person sponsoring the account be able to access or simply say own the account of another person? The answer is no. Each Evernote user owns his or her account. Sponsoring will not vest power to any person to control ones system. If a user decides to leave the group or the company, he or she takes away all her notes with her for as long as he or she wants.
The only thing that the sponsor will take care is the Premium subscription. If ever that you want to drop someone and stop sponsoring, the person’s account will revert back to the original—either a free account or having to pay for their won subscription. However, for employers who want to gain full control over the flow and ownership of business data of the employees Evernote accounts, they can create a corporate notebook and share this with everyone in the organization via the usual Shared Notebooks functionality.
One sponsored account costs $5 monthly. Anyone can get as many sponsored accounts he or she wishes to have and pay through credit card. You may also opt to receive a group invoice for those who will have at least 5 members or more.
