Pixable Photofeed Facilitates Facebook Photos Management

The New York-based company Pixable, known for its online photo sharing and stocking solutions, has introduced a new tool for Facebook users. The increasing usage of social networking is interesting for tertiary parties too, such as Pixable, who gets involved by offering an accessible smart technology for managing Facebook friends’ photos, which reached the 100 billion level. Pixable Photofeed is the name of the new software designed on the platform of the soon patent technology – WonderRank.

A simple calculation indicates that a Facebook user having 250 friends, deals with almost 100,000 photos and Photofeed makes it simple by “reading” the user’s preferences and displaying the meaningful and new pixelate feeds. Up to this moment, Facebook users were supposed to follow the newsfeed or to catch the interesting tagged photos, through tacky processes.

Exempting from its customizing principle, used already by Google and Yahoo with their photo search result, Photofeed will be used as a photo feeder, well integrated in the social networking environment. Inaki Berenguer, CEO and co-founder of Pixable welcomes the new software, which is expected to work soon on Apple smart devices:

“Online photo sharing is exploding — Facebook alone receives up to six billion uploads every month. But there’s no easy way to enjoy all these photos. Let’s say you have 250 Facebook friends. That means that you have access to over 100,000 photos. It would take more than eight entire days to view them all. How do you search them? How do you find the ones everyone is talking about? How do you get notified when your best friend is tagged in a photo? You can do all of this through Pixable Photofeed.”

The way photos developed in recent years, from paper to digital, mobile and now to social media opens positive perspectives for Pixable, which is already in the focus of online photo services.
