Nintedo 3DS Limited Edition Bundles Available On Nov 24

Nintendo, the popular gaming brand that brought us game-changing innovations, announced that on November 24th, they will be releasing limited edition Nintendo 3DS bundles.  There will be two cool bundles available which will feature Nintendo famous games: Mario and Legend of Zelda.

According to Nintendo, “The first bundle includes the just-launched Super Mario 3D Land game and a Flame Red Nintendo 3DS system. The second bundle includes The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D game and a special 25th anniversary limited-edition Cosmo Black Nintendo 3DS system marked with the Hyrule emblem and gold-colored embellishments.”

Both bundles will be available at the suggested retail price of $199.99 in the U.S.
If you’re still not decided if you want to get this nifty device, you can head out to selected stores nationwide which will allow customers to test drive the Nintendo 3DS from November 21 to December 18.

Aside from these classic titles available that I’m sure gamers are already drooling over, especially that really cool design on the Zelda bundle, the 3DS also offers exciting entertainment features such as downloadable games on the Nintendo eShop, the Nintendo Video service automatically delivers short 3D videos from the worlds of music, comedy, animation and Hollywood to the Nintendo 3DS system, and playing on the 3DS doesn’t require special 3D glasses so you get that jawdropping graphics feel without buying an additional accessory.

As for other news, Nintendo of America, EA, the Entertainment Software Association (Capcom, Deep Silver, Disney, Eidos, Epic, Microsoft, Ubisoft, THQ, SCEA, Square and numerous others), and Sony (Sony Electronics, Sony Music Entertainment and Sony Pictures Entertainment) are said to be in support of the Stop Online Piracy Act, or SOPA.  The act, if passed will give the US Justice Department the right to dictate whether a site is “dedicated to copyright infringement” which will then be blocked.  This would be good if properly used as online piracy will be curtailed but it can also be abused as larger corporations could manipulate the situation and ban smaller companies, which in turn will result to monopoly.

You probably think SOPA doesn’t concern you but if this law passes, some or most of the websites that you love may soon be taken down by the government.  By then it will be too late to do anything.  Make Congress hear you out by going to AmericanCensorship.org.
