Hovernote for Android tablets is the app that made it to the title because of the fact that, thanks to some practical thinking on behalf of the developer, the note-taking tool seems to “get” productivity. The application runs in the background and the use can access it by just tapping a hotkey or button, rather than having to tab out and open the app each time.

Expense Tablet is a neat expense tracker that tries to make things easier by allowing you to organize spending by time and category, and then visualizing key data to simplify things even further. The UI is definitely one of the biggest selling points.
