Couchbase is an enterprise software company training provides simple, fast, elastic NoSQL database technology, used by thousands of organizations worldwide to empower their interactive web.

Last year, we saw a couple of updates and developments from the company, including pairing up with Cloudera to develop Hadoop connector that fuses together the advantages of both the companies’ offerings. The Couchbase Hadoop Connecter leverages the Apache Sqoop plug-in to allow the migration of large datasets between Couchbase and Cloudera’s Distribution Including Apache Hadoop. The solution is the first certified connector ever released for a NoSQL database.
