Breaking Analysis: Social Media Coverage of Sandy Gets Carried Away

Exactly how many Tweets does it take to get to the truth?  Exaggerated posts and even some outright lies about damage from Hurricane Sandy are putting even more stress on people already worried about family and friends out on the east coast.  One Tweeter may even face criminal charges for spreading rumors.  Here to discuss the outlandish rumors is SiliconAngle News Desk Editor Kristen Nicole, who dropped in for this morning’s NewsDesk segment with Kristin Feledy.
