Dell Technology Partner Program Reaches Milestones

The Dell Technology Partner Program, that helps ISVs, independent hardware vendors (IHVs), and solution providers build innovative, competitive solutions on Dell platforms, has announced that more than 100 certified technology partners have joined since its inception. Certification is the highest of the three levels of the program and means that Dell has tested the integration and interoperability of the partner’s product on the Dell platform. More

Zscaler has introduced pre-integrated single sign-on (SSO) access integrating products from leading online identity management providers including RSA, Okta, OneLogin, and Ping Identity. Zscaler is the first security cloud provider to integrate SSO offerings into its service. More

 

Illinois Implements Cloud-Based Criminal Justice Information System

The Illinois Department of Corrections (DOC) and Microsoft Corp. have successfully implemented Offender-360, a cloud-based criminal justice information system built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online. The system supports legislation signed by Gov. Pat Quinn intended to improve the state’s public safety and criminal justice for the future. “This cutting-edge technology will…save Illinois’ taxpayers millions of dollars while increasing public safety throughout the state,” Gov. Broadcom Introduces Smallest 4G LTE-Advancd Modem for Smartphone and Tablet Market

Broadcom has introduced a 28 nm 4G LTE modem with integrated radio and cellular baseband that reduces board area by approximately 35 percent in smartphones and tablets. The BCM21892 supports all 3GPP standard technologies including 4G LTE-Advanced with carrier aggregation, HSPA+, TD-SCDMA, and EDGE/GSM. More
