Facebook Inc. has a tradition of holding a Q&A session every Friday, allowing employees to ask Facebook CEO and co-founder Mark Zuckerberg just about anything, and now Zuckerberg will be extending that Q&A to Facebook’s users for the first time.

“Q&A with Mark” is scheduled for next week on November 6 at 2 p.m. PST. A video of the Q&A will be livestreamed on Facebook, and a recording of the video will be uploaded afterward.

Talking about why he decided to do the Q&A, Zuckerberg said:

[The Q&A] is an important part of Facebook’s culture. People ask thoughtful questions about why our company is going in certain directions, what I think about things happening in the world, and how we can continue improving our services for everyone. I learn a lot from these Q&As, and the questions people ask help us build better services.

The Facebook community can submit their questions ahead of time on the Q&A with Mark Facebook page, and Zuckerberg encourages users to vote on their favorite questions by liking them.

There might be some tough questions to answer. Some of the highest ranked questions submitted so far include:

HaLe MeRon: Why you forced us to install Facebook messenger?

Sinan Sönmez: How many times facebook shared our private information with government agencies?

There are also multiple top comments asking when or if Facebook will bring back organic reach, which refers to how many people can be reached for free on Facebook simply by posting information on your page.

Of course, it is unknown if Zuckerberg will even attempt to answer questions such as these, or if he will focus on more positive topics. The Q&A page also already has over 4,000 comments, so it is unlikely Zuckerberg will be able to get to all of them during the one hour event.
