Angela Connor is the author of “18 Rules of Community Engagement: A Guide for Building Relationships and Connecting with Customers Online.” She is a multimedia journalist and community strategist with a background in broadcast, print and online news. Angela launched and managed an online community, for WRAL, com, the top news organization in North Carolina, bringing it to nearly 15, 000 members. She is now Social Media Manager at Capstrat, a communications agency in Raleigh, NC.
