		<description>There is a fine art to capturing potentially valuable negative feedback and still maintaining control over your product. What you want to do is focus on the giver of the feedback. Talk about what made them feel this way, figure out exactly what their experience was and probe to see if they have had any earlier positive experiences that they could relate. Whenever the discussion veers towards what *you* should do, steer it back to the person giving feedback. Remember, it&#039;s neither the right or the burden of someone else to actually decide what your course should be. Feedback is great, but you have to decide what to make of it.</description>

		<description>I agree , especially in networking part . All people we have met for the last 6 months we got to know them in events( most of them with AaltoES ). &lt;br&gt;Get some business cards with you and never miss an opportunity , sometime just by asking questions to the panel someone will likely come to you and introduce himself.</description>
