ServiceNow VP on Designing Availability + Reliability for Today’s Infrastructure Needs | #servicenow

Senior Vice President of Engineering and Cloud Operations at ServiceNow, Dan McGee, sat down on theCube with Dave Vellante and Jeff Frick at ServiceNow Knowledge13. He highlights that not only does ServiceNow create and invent the products and services they offer, but they use them as well.

With software as a service (SaaS), McGee feels that ServiceNow has to have the highest level of availability and reliability on a 24/7 basis to provide the proper service and experience for its customers.

The reason they are able to deliver this is a result of their own products. He notes that there is a tight feedback loop of any service incidents their customers may experience that is made possible by the technology utilized by ServiceNow.
