SmartCar Wednesday delivered news that Tesla Motors is eyeing the automated car race and aims to produce a fully automated car by 2016; how lawmakers can block the market launch of automated vehicles; and Parrot, a device that allows you to continue using your smartphone without taking your eyes off the road.
