The show Mr. Robot has been described as the most accurate depiction of what and who a hacker is, and how complicated their life can get. It’s not just about creating a program that can cause havoc on a person’s computer, but it’s also about how we as people generally have no regard for our own security and how easily we let our guard down. Season one ended with a bang, and some unanswered questions, we can’t wait for season two which is slated to air sometime in 2016.
As we wait for Elliot’s return as the protagonist hacker on Mr. Robot, there are several new sci-fi series debuting this Fall.
Are you ready to unlock the full potential of your brain by popping a pill? How about preventing a crime from happening? What about humans with extraordinary powers? And have you ever wondered what the world would be like if Germany and Japan won World War II?
Our own sci-fi aficionado James Farrell has put together a list of new sci-fi shows he’ll be watching this Fall, including Limitless, Minority Report, Heroes Reborn, and The Man in High Castle. Be on the lookout for Farrell’s ongoing analysis of sci-fi programs this year, and check out his extensive coverage of Mr. Robot throughout season one.
