Finding ways to improve connectivity can be a challenge for any company, but this challenge naturally increases for larger and larger companies, particularly when networking long-distance. Three companies are looking to capitalize on this state of things by bringing new engagement solutions to the market of Chinese businesses, emphasizing ease of access and low entry difficulty.
In a team-up with Communication Business Avenue, Inc. (CBA) and Clara Online, Inc., CafeX Communications, Inc. announced plans to roll out its new Chime utility in the Chinese business world. Clara Online, which has already established a wide presence in the Asian region through its services in cloud and other tech areas, will be responsible for marketing and presenting the Chime service, while CBA will join in training, sales and other support.
Chime, which enables real-time videoconferencing through web browsers without requiring additional installations, and is a finalist for this year’s Best of Enterprise Connect award, was presented as the key star in this collaborative marketing deal. Its price-range compared to solutions with similar functionality was touted as a major selling point, alongside its accessibility through any web browser application.
Current plans are for Clara Online to begin bringing Chime and CafeX’s other connectivity products to Chinese business industries immediately. Two other pieces of CafeX’s product set are also being highlighted in the announcement. The first of these, their Live Assist utility, is intended to enhance customer engagement by providing more detailed information and context to determine solutions to their service issues.
The second, Supervisor Assist, is a complementary tool-set aimed at customer support staff, which enables staff supervisors to tap into the support session in a variety of ways, from hassle-free chat grouping to remote desktop access.
Kentaro Iemoto, founder and CEO of Clara Online, said, “CafeX has created a set of advanced solutions that are far more efficient and easy to use than anything we have encountered to date.”
Rami Musallam and Hiroshi Shibayama, founders/CEOs of CafeX and CBA, respectively, described their companies as “very pleased” and “very excited” about the collaboration and business opportunities.
