Botco.ai launches GenAI Chat Cloud with enterprise-grade privacy and security
Startup Botco.ai Inc. is making its debut in the increasingly crowded generative artificial intelligence market today with the launch of its GenAI Chat Cloud platform.
It’s designed to enable enterprises to put generative AI to use in various aspects of their business, from customer service to marketing and beyond. The Botco.ai GenAI Chat Cloud is a no-code platform comprised of three modules, enabling enterprises to develop a range of generative AI chatbots rapidly to fulfill different tasks.
For instance, InstaStack enables companies to build a chatbot that can instantly query documents from across their entire information technology system, including customer relationship management, content marketing and analytics platforms. So employees can ask questions about their business, or a certain dataset, in natural language, and receive answers in a conversational way. The most important capability of InstaStack is that its models can refresh themselves by interacting with changing data sources to reflect the most current information.
InstaChat is designed to produce question and answer pairs from uploaded documents and is used to build smaller chatbots deployed in scenarios where the underlying information rarely changes. Meanwhile, InstaGraph can be used to create models that query structured data to provide real-time insights into customer behaviors by examining what questions they’re asking, how they’re asking those questions, and how advertising campaigns are performing.
Many enterprises have been a tad cautious about adopting generative AI systems on concerns about their accuracy and privacy, and it’s those problems that Botco.ai is trying to solve. Unlike models such as OpenAI LP’s GPT-4, Botco.ai says its GenAI Chat Cloud models are trained specifically on the customer’s proprietary data so it has very specific domain knowledge. Added to that, its platform is compliant with both the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act and the System and Organization Controls 2 standard.
By training its chat models on customers’ own data, Botco.ai claims, their responses will always be 100% accurate, with no “hallucinations,” or made-up statements, a big problem with traditional generative AI chatbots.
Botco.ai Chief Executive Rebecca Clyde said that in order for generative AI models to be effective in an enterprise setting, they need to be trained on the company’s own proprietary data. “Available solutions today are limited in what they can do for an enterprise because they aren’t trained on the data and information that matters most,” she said. “Our GenAI Chat Cloud makes it easy for any business to query its own documents and deliver timely, accurate responses to just about any question a prospect or customer might have.”
