Cloud project management provider monday.com Ltd. today unveiled a major expansion of its artificial intelligence-powered work execution platform, signaling a stronger push from work management into direct execution.
Announced at the company’s Elevate25 conference in New York, the expansion builds on the company’s enterprise-ready platform and AI foundation with new monday agents, expanded enterprise-scale capabilities and monday campaigns – a new AI-powered product within the monday customer relationship management suite.
Leading the list of announcements are two new agents that extend team capacity, respond faster and unlock new business potential.
The new agents allow organizations to design and deploy AI-powered specialists tailored to their workflows. The agents are built with context and move from ask to action by orchestrating multistep execution, adapting as conditions change and driving significant productivity gains.
The new agents are focused on sales development representative work to help sales teams qualify and connect with leads more effectively. A new SDR Agent finds, suggests and adds leads to monday customer relationship management based on the ideal customer profile. The Outreach Agent calls leads, conducts initial conversations to uncover needs and intent, and captures every interaction in the CRM.
Along with the new agents, monday.com has announced that the monday marketplace is evolving into the home for AI-powered solutions, offering customers a single place to discover, deploy and scale agents and skills. The marketplace allows teams to integrate AI directly into their workflows, accelerating execution and driving impact more quickly.
The AI marketplace keeps customers in control and ensures that every solution is transparent, secure and enterprise-ready. Monday.com says that by opening it to developers and partners worldwide, organizations will gain access to a constantly expanding workforce of monday agents, delivering new capabilities, fresh expertise and greater business impact with each contribution.
Monday.com is also making generally available three core AI capabilities designed to bring intelligence directly into everyday workflows: monday magic, monday vibe and monday sidekick. The capabilities were first announced back in February and are designed to allow businesses to scale and enhance the way they work.
For marketing teams, monday.com has also announced the launch of monday campaigns, a new AI-powered product within monday CRM that helps marketers quickly create, launch and optimize campaigns connected directly to revenue.
Monday campaigns give marketing and sales teams the ability to work in alignment from lead to loyal customer. All marketing activity connects directly to CRM data, so marketers and sellers share one funnel, one set of goals and one source of truth.
“Marketers have long struggled with disconnected tools, siloed data, and the constant pressure to prove ROI,” said Chief Marketing Officer Harris Beber. “With monday campaigns, we’re breaking down the wall between marketing and sales by giving teams an AI-powered solution built directly into their CRM.”
On the enterprise readiness front, monday.com highlighted advancements that assist enterprise teams: deeper project visibility, stronger governance and the ability to coordinate complex work across global operations. The company says that enhancements in dependency management, resource optimization and governance controls provide leaders with the clarity and confidence they need to manage at large scale without slowing down their teams.
