Video intelligence company Solink Corp. today announced major advancements for VerifEye, its command center designed to modernize global security operations centers.
The advancements announced today are focused on reducing alert fatigue, improving response times and lowering operational costs by applying artificial intelligence to filter and prioritize security events. The update includes the use of vision language models to analyze video and operational data in context.
The platform can now identify patterns and determine which events are likely to pose real risk by combining inputs from cameras, transaction systems and other enterprise tools. The advancements also aim to reduce the burden of false alarms by acting as an intelligent filter, automatically removing false positives before they reach human operators.
VerifEye can now help security teams reduce noise, limit operator fatigue and coordinate faster, more consistent responses across a business’ footprint, resulting in higher return on investment and improved threat prevention.
To ensure accuracy, the platform follows a human-in-the-loop model where AI handles initial detection and prioritization while operators retain control over final decisions. According to Solink, the system can compress hours of manual monitoring into minutes and reduce response times for incidents to as little as three minutes when video verification is used.
“Current global security operations centers that rely only on humans to watch everything at once are broken,” said co-founder and Chief Executive Mike Matta. “With VerifEye, we are giving team members a platform to reduce data overload. This doesn’t just lower costs; it makes workplaces safer by ensuring that when a real incident happens, the team is fresh, focused and ready to respond.”
In addition to security use cases, VerifEye is being positioned by Solink as a broader operational command center.
The platform centralizes data across departments to allow organizations to monitor access control, detect suspicious transaction patterns and identify operational disruptions such as service delays or unusual traffic flows. Operator actions are also recorded in an audit trail to support compliance and insurance requirements..
Solink is a venture capital-backed startup that has raised $98.2 million over four rounds, including $60 million in July 2023. Investors in the company include Generation Ventures, ScaleUP Ventures, Goldman Sachs Asset Management L.P., OMERS Ventures Management Inc. and BDC IT Ventures LP.
