Federated artificial intelligence infrastructure platform provider Axonis Inc. today announced the launch of its community-led growth network, which includes the Axonis Partner Network, Trusted AI Champion and Edge AI Ambassador programs.

The new ecosystem is designed to help enterprises move beyond experimentation and into production AI deployments by leveraging partners with domain expertise. Axonis is taking a partner-first approach rather than relying on vendor-led implementation models to allow organizations to apply AI within the context of their existing systems, data and operational constraints.

The Axonis Partner Network, the core of the community-led growth network, combines system integrators, technology partners and distributors responsible for deploying and operationalizing the platform across enterprise environments. The Trusted AI Champion and Edge AI Ambassador programs provide advisory and technical expertise to help organizations identify practical use cases and translate them into production-ready AI systems.

The launch builds on Axonis’ federated AI architecture, which allows AI models to operate directly where data resides rather than requiring centralization. The idea is to address governance and compliance challenges in regulated environments by keeping sensitive data in place while still enabling real-time decision-making across distributed systems.

Axonis also emphasizes what it calls “decision intelligence” which captures the full context behind AI-assisted decisions, including inputs, models and outcomes. Doing so creates a system of record that allows organizations to observe, validate and continuously improve decisions over time and to form a feedback loop that can refine performance with each iteration.

The combination of distributed AI execution and decision tracking is positioned as a foundation for sovereign AI. Enterprises retain control over their data, models and operational processes while still benefiting from advanced AI capabilities.

Leading the community-led growth network is newly appointed Chief Customer Officer Sheth Sanket, who will oversee global customer success, services, partner and community strategy. Sanket will also work closely with enterprise customers and ecosystem partners to scale adoption and operationalize AI across complex environments.
