Dyna Software launches Platform Copilot, an agentic AI tool for configuring ServiceNow

Dyna Software Inc., a company that provides platform governance and health provider for ServiceNow Inc.,  today announced the launch of Platform Copilot, an agentic artificial intelligence tool the company describes as the first to autonomously configure, design and build on the ServiceNow platform.

Platform Copilot integrates with a customer’s ServiceNow development instance and applies configuration changes prompted by an administrator using natural language. The tool analyzes the instance schema and existing configuration details to determine what changes are required, then verifies and validates them before execution.

The new copilot offering is seeking to help with the backlog of configuration and fulfillment work that ServiceNow administrators typically grind through manually. Dyna Software claims Platform Copilot can deliver production-ready builds in 80% less time, reduce costs and lift configuration quality by removing the bottleneck of core platform support and development restrictions.

“AI is beginning to change how enterprise platforms are built and managed, shifting the focus from manual configuration to intelligent collaboration between people and software,” said Chief Executive Ron Browning. “With Platform Copilot, we are moving toward a future where organizations can express the outcomes they want and the platform itself helps bring those ideas to life.”

The company is also pitching the product as a delivery accelerant for ServiceNow’s partner ecosystem. Solution providers and system integrators can use Platform Copilot to offload manual configuration work and redirect consulting time toward larger information technology transformation projects with the goal of delivering ahead of schedule at improved margins.

Founded nearly a decade ago, Dyna Software focuses on ServiceNow platform resiliency, delivery standards and governance. Its flagship product, GuardRails, targets Global 2000 enterprises looking to mitigate risk as workflow volume and AI-driven automation scale across the platform.

The company works closely with ServiceNow and its account teams and counts U.S. Bank, Royal Bank of Canada, Cisco Systems Inc., Banner Health and Suncor Energy Inc. among its customers.

Dyna Software is showing the product for the first time this week at ServiceNow’s Knowledge 2026 conference in Las Vegas, running May 5-7. General availability is set for the second quarter of 2026, with pricing based on deployment scope through a credit-based consumption model.
