HP Inc. used the InfoComm 2026 trade show in Las Vegas today to roll out a wave of collaboration hardware and software, tying together meeting room compute, video, audio and device management under its Workforce Experience Platform.
The launches span new headsets, conference room computers, a video operating system update, a programmable keyboard and a tighter integration that pulls HP’s Poly Lens management tool and the analytics software it acquired with Vyopta Inc. in 2024 into a single console. The common thread is consolidation, with HP pitching information technology teams a single pane of glass for managing collaboration spaces rather than a collection of separate tools.
At the platform level, HP is folding Poly Lens and WXP Collaboration into its Workforce Experience Platform to give administrators visibility across meeting rooms, compute and print from one place. The integration adds a feature called Poly Lens Room VisualizerAI, an interactive digital replica of a workspace that HP is selling as a premium add-on through a separate Poly Lens Pro for Rooms subscription. The company said the expanded analytics turn isolated room data into insights IT can use to optimize spaces and track performance.
“Organizations don’t want more tools,” said Carles Farre, division president of HP Collaboration Solutions. “They want to adopt intelligent collaboration solutions that not only deliver reliable meeting experiences but that are easier to deploy, manage and scale.”
The room hardware centers on HP Poly Studio Room Compute, a Windows-based engine for Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms. HP said it’s the first collaboration compute built on Intel Corp.’s third-generation Core Ultra processors, which carry integrated neural processing units to run AI-assisted meeting features as those features come to market.
Certification is arriving piecemeal across the two models. The Studio 5 will be certified for Teams only. The Studio 7 already has Zoom Rooms certification and is awaiting Teams certification.
HP designed the units for quicker installation, with color-coded ports, automatic pairing, magnetic mounting and a dedicated power-over-ethernet port for the Poly TC10 touch controller. The casings use at least 60% post-consumer recycled plastics and the devices run under Poly Lens.
The video software gets an update too. Poly VideoOS 5.1 adds DirectorAI multi-camera technology, which switches between cameras to follow whoever is speaking in the room so remote participants get a better view. The release also simplifies setup for Teams Rooms on Android through HP Touch Controller Direct Connect and ships a redesigned web interface for managing devices.
For individual workers, HP introduced the Poly Focus 6 Series Bluetooth headsets. The headsets run Acoustic Fence 2.0 noise reduction alongside hybrid active noise cancellation and spatial audio and HP rates them at up to 25 hours of talk time with noise cancellation switched on.
They support wireless charging and come in a foldable version. Certifications cover Google Meet, Google Voice, Microsoft Teams, Open Office and Zoom and direct Bluetooth certification for Teams and Zoom means users do not need a dongle. The batteries and ear cushions are replaceable and the headsets hold TCO Certified status.
HP also unveiled what it called the world’s first programmable collaboration wireless keyboard with adjustable tilt. The HP Collaboration Keyboard puts dedicated keys for microphone mute, camera control and screen sharing within reach, plus customizable shortcuts. It charges fast off a supercapacitor design and uses up to 75% post-consumer recycled plastic.
Industry analysts see the push as part of a wider change in how companies manage their tools. “The shift to agentic ways of working is fundamentally rewriting the relationship between hardware and software and redefining work experiences in the enterprise,” said Amy Loomis, group vice president of workplace solutions at International Data Corp. “Organizations are shifting away from individual device management as a metric towards more collective, unified work management.”
The Poly Focus 6 Series headsets go on sale in July through HP.com starting at $379.95. Poly Studio Room Compute will reach select resellers in July, starting at $2,499 for the Studio 5 and $3,699 for the Studio 7.
Poly VideoOS 5.1 is expected in the third quarter and the HP Collaboration Keyboard arrives in September at $59.99. The Poly Lens integration into the Workforce Experience Platform is underway, with more capabilities rolling out through the year.
