Jazz brings its agentic DLP investigator to CrowdStrike’s Falcon Foundry

Data loss prevention startup Jazz Security Ltd. today made its platform available as an app on CrowdStrike Holdings Inc.’s Falcon Foundry, putting its agentic investigator Melody inside the Falcon console.

Melody is built to judge whether a given data movement was a problem. Four inputs go into that call. Jazz counts the data itself, the systems it traveled between, the people involved and the business process sitting behind it. Findings reach an analyst with the supporting evidence already attached, which Jazz says filters millions of raw signals down to the handful that are genuinely high-risk.

Inside Falcon, Melody applies that business context to data protection signals the platform is already collecting. Conclusions go back into the same workflow analysts use. Installation runs to a few clicks, and customers do not have to deploy a second endpoint agent or rework existing processes.

Ido Livneh, Jazz co-founder and chief executive, said Melody “understands the data, systems, people, and intent behind every data flow, revealing the full story of what happened and why” and that “bringing that intelligence into Falcon makes advanced data-protection investigation more accessible to CrowdStrike customers.”

One early user, Cooper Machinery Services LLC’s information security engineer Ramon Espinosa Jr., said running both sets of context in one console lets analysts “focus on decisions instead of manual, time-consuming investigations.”

The app is listed on the CrowdStrike Marketplace as of today. Jazz is demonstrating the integration this week at CrowdStrike’s Fal.Con Las Vegas event that runs through Sept. 3.

Foundry is CrowdStrike’s low-code development platform for the Falcon ecosystem. The company introduced it at Fal.Con in 2023 and made it generally in October the following year, pitching it at security teams that want to build or install applications that run on Falcon data without standing up separate infrastructure.

Jazz took the top spot in the 2026 CrowdStrike Cybersecurity Startup Accelerator in March, topping a field of finalists that pitched at the RSA Conference in San Francisco. Nearly 1,000 startups applied to the eight-week, equity-free program, which CrowdStrike runs with Amazon Web Services Inc. and Nvidia Corp.’s Inception unit. Thirty-five were accepted.

CrowdStrike Chief Business Officer Daniel Bernard called the move from accelerator program to Foundry app in a single year “the kind of outcome we built it for.”

Founded in 2024 and based in Tel Aviv, Jazz formally launched in March with $61 million in funding in a round led by Glilot Capital Partners and Team8. Other investors included Encoded Ventures, MassMutual Ventures, Merlin Ventures and Ten Eleven Ventures.

Jazz says its platform needs no rule-writing, no regular expressions and no browser extension. A single agent covers generative AI use, shadow IT and personal cloud accounts, according to the company, and runs at under 1% CPU usage.
