CaféX reveals new identity, connectivity tools for real-time networking | #EC16
At this week’s Enterprise Connect 2016 event, CaféX Communications, Inc., will be presenting its new brand identity, along with a number of other connectivity tools intended for real-time networking.
There are three utilities currently made public as intended highlights at the event. The first of these is Chime, a finalist for the Best of Enterprise Connect Award, which offers a no-install extension of real-time video conferencing for use in any web browser, with projected savings of up to 70 percent in comparison to similar functionality providers, the company said. Also in the spotlight is Supervisor Assistant, a tool intended for use by call-support staff supervisors for remote engagements, such as plugging into the service call, chatting with agents and virtual desktop access, while sharing Chime’s ability to deploy from any web browser.
Last on the star list is Kickstart, a non-programmer-targeted “configuration wizard” for implementing features similar to those of Chime and Supervisor Assistant in other apps, for use in both online and mobile architectures.
Making a return to CaféX’s product demonstration floor will be Live Assist, a tool with links to the functionality of its new utilities, which has grown to considerable popularity since its introduction, having won Best of Enterprise Connect at the 2014 convention.
Dan Solito, the company’s COO, was enthusiastic about the opportunities for CaféX and its customers at the EC16 event, as was Sajeel Hussain, the company’s CMO, who said next week’s event “marks a new height of engagement for CaféX.”
Between emphasized presentation of its new branding and the rollout of new products, it’s clear that CaféX is looking to build stronger tools for its existing user-base, while also getting the attention of people and businesses that have been unaware, until now, of the collaboration solutions offered by the corporation. The company and its showings will be located at booth 329 at this week’s Enterprise Connect event in Orlando, Florida, to which it “invites everyone to drop by … for live demos and exciting giveaways.”
