Who will emerge from the CUBEmadness 2016 Sweet Sixteen? | #CUBEmadness
CUBEmadness is off to a roaring start! This event pits 64 of the best tech interviews against each other in a battle to the finish. Your votes decide who wins! So far, interviews from SiliconANGLE Media‘s Wikibon, SiliconANGLE, theCUBE and #TechAthlete have been narrowed down to the Sweet Sixteen, and now the real contest begins.
The Sweet Sixteen matchups
Here’s where things stand. In the Wikibon Regionals, John Cleese and Kim Stevenson have emerged from their contests, ready to do battle, while Andy Jassy and Tanmay Bakshi face off for a final four slot.
In the SiliconANGLE Regionals, Mark Hurd and Rami Rahim are going toe-to-toe for a spot in the next round. Meanwhile, Rodney Rogers and Sanjay Poonen are warming up for their duel to take things to the next level.
At theCUBE Regional, we’re seeing a surprise upset as Juan Loaiza knocks out Michael Dell to challenge Bill Schmarzo in the Sweet Sixteen. On the other side of the bracket, Jerry Chen and Derek Collison are ready to go head-to-head in their own bout.
The #TechAthlete Regional has been a storm of powerful contenders. Mark Josephson has risen to face Tendu Yogurtcu for a final four slot, while Brian “Red Beard” Harrington and Colin Mahony stand firm in a contest only one can win.
