Typeform introduces enhanced capabilities for go-to-market teams in latest update

Form building and conservational data collection platform company Typeform SL today announced Typeform for Growth, a new suite of capabilities designed to help businesses capture, qualify and convert leads to boost revenue growth.

The capabilities in Typeform for Growth have been created with growing businesses in mind to provide go-to-market teams with a platform to streamline customer acquisition and create engaging experiences to collect zero-party customer data.

The new suite seeks to address what Typeform describes as a critical time, with a McKinsey survey finding that 77% of companies using one-to-one personalization observed an increase in market share. The suite gives a more complete customer picture, allowing GTM teams to enhance engagement and personalize every journey, all while increasing efficiency.

“With the launch of Typeform for Growth, we’re… empowering businesses to interact with audiences in more dynamic and personalized ways,” said Chief Product Officer Aleks Bass. “This new suite of capabilities consolidates multiple tools into one seamless solution, making it easier than ever to understand, engage and convert customers.”

The new suite’s benefits include making marketing and data capture efforts stand out by using interactive multimedia forms. Using the suite, the company says, users can capture more leads with on-brand, hyper-personalized forms that incorporate text, audio, images and video.

Users can also use the suite to enhance engagement with video forms by recording, editing and embedding personalized videos into forms. The approach is said to help build connections with customers, boost engagement and increase conversion rates.

Other features include the ability to convert more leads into a pipeline through the creation of touchpoints for all leads and the use of automation to connect with high-value leads faster. Users can leverage artificial intelligence to improve marketing and sales efficiency and effectiveness through automated scoring, routing and emailing to prioritize and connect with promising opportunities.

The suite of capabilities is available now in the company’s newly released Typeform for Growth plans, which cater to companies across various sizes, industries and budgets to allow them access Typeform’s marketing tools in one platform.

Typeform is a venture capital-backed startup that has raised $187 million in funding, including a round of $135 million in March 2022. Investors in the company include Sofina S.A., General Atlantic LP, RTAventures sp. z o.o., Connect Ventures LLP, Point Nine Management GmbH and Index Ventures LLP.
