Workflow automation is rapidly becoming the backbone of modern business — not just a productivity boost, but a complete rethink of how work moves across teams and tools. It’s no longer about faster task completion; it’s about creating intelligent systems that anticipate needs, connect data and remove friction before progress slows.
In this new era of digital collaboration, Monday.com Ltd. is redefining what an integrated work platform looks like. Its latest innovations — monday sidekick, monday magic and monday vibe — give users the ability to design, automate and even code their own solutions in one unified environment. Together, these tools turn the once-manual process of managing projects into an evolving ecosystem of smarter, more connected workflows, according to Lindsay Browning (pictured), regional vice president of enterprise sales at monday.com.
Monday.com’s Lindsay Browning talks about agentic workflows.
“[AI]’s completely changing the way we work,” Browning said “Our professional identities are forever changed… Collaboration, which is one of the most important things for any company to be really good at, but it tends to be, quite frankly, one of the hardest. We’re working with companies to make sure that work in silo can no longer happen.”
Browning spoke with theCUBE’s Paul Nashawaty at Elevate ’25, during an exclusive broadcast on theCUBE, SiliconANGLE Media’s livestreaming studio. They discussed monday.com’s tools for workflow automation and its attitude toward AI adoption. (* Disclosure below.)
The complexity of generative AI and the skill gap that many companies are currently experiencing, have thrown obstacles in the way of AI adoption. Browning’s goal is to simplify how monday.com’s customers can implement AI into their workflows. She highlights the areas that CIOs are focused on.
“There are two things that are very important,” Browning explained. “One is adoption. If I am going to change the tech stack and I’m going to take you from 15 to five products, how do I ensure that you log on every day and you use them and it adds value? The second thing… a lot of CIOs want to reduce the amount of systems that their organizations are using.”
Workflow automation has been one of the most successful use cases for AI, Browning emphasized. She gave the example of a finance manager who normally spend time sifting through receipts and can now save hours of work using AI as part of the workflow.
“We are responding to how you work and we’re solving the complex challenges that slow down your work,” she added. “When I come in the morning and if I’m on monday.com or if I’m on another tool, I want to do my work in place and I want it to be quick and I want it to be easy. The ability for any company to have AI in the flow of work, plus the ability to learn in the flow of work, I think that is going to help with simplification and adoption.”
