Agentic business intelligence startup WisdomAI shifts from insights to action

The AI-native business intelligence company Wisdom AI Inc. says it’s moving from passive insights to autonomous enterprise execution with the launch of its new Federated Agentic Intelligence platform.

The company says it’s using artificial intelligence agents to tackle the “last mile” problem inherent in almost every modern data stack: translating that data into decisions. Until now, the decision-making has always been done by humans, who still have to switch between Excel spreadsheets and BI dashboards to gather all of the information they need to know what to do.

Agentic decision-making hasn’t been possible so far due to what WisdomAI Chief Executive Soham Mazumdar said is “a lack of AI-ready data and the human latency required to bridge the gap between charts and actions.”

WisdomAI is the creator of an AI-native analytics platform that automates manual data processing tasks using AI agents. Additionally, the company says its software expands the range of data sources that companies can use in their analytics projects. Whereas many BI tools only support relational information organized into rows and columns, WisdomAI can also ingest unstructured data such as PDF documents and knowledge base articles.

Its platform is powered by a data management engine dubbed the Enterprise Context Layer, which collects records from multiple systems and automatically prepares them for analysis. It determines how to process aggregated information using organizations’ data dictionaries that contain explanatory information about business records such as what department produced them.

WisdomAI’s Federated Agentic Intelligence platform builds on that foundation, integrating the industry’s first Model Context Protocol client specifically designed for analytics. According to Mazumdar, it enables AI agents to reason across distributed data systems in real-time and execute workflows based on what they “decide.”

“We’ve reached a convergence where MCP and agentic reasoning allow us to skip the warehouse bottleneck,” the CEO explained. “We aren’t asking teams to build more pipelines; we’re giving them an intelligent orchestration layer that makes their existing infrastructure actionable in real time.”

The new platform, available starting today, introduces a deterministic execution layer that transforms enterprise data stacks into “systems of action” by creating autonomous agentic workflows powered by deterministic agents. Unlike probabilistic bots, these agents have the ability to follow organization’s playbooks to monitor signals across multiple data sources, identify any issues that could be of concern or present an opportunity, and take immediate action on them.

The system includes an Adaptive Context Engine or ACE that sets out to learn the “tribal knowledge” that’s unique to each organization. That includes specific terminology, practical skills, “how-to” tricks and other semantics that are rarely documented formally. By continuously learning this knowledge, the platform is able to resolve conflicting definitions across enterprise systems and avoid confusing its agents.

Because WisdomAI is a universal client, the platform can connect to almost any major software-as-a-service application, such as Salesforce or Google Analytics, via its MCP client, as well as operational databases and file systems.
