WNS Announces Secondary Public Offering of ADSs by Warburg Pincus

WINs Ltd. has announced that, subject to market and other conditions, Warburg Pincus is proposing to offer 12,625,343 ADSs in an underwritten public offering. Warburg Pincus also intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,893,891 ADSs to cover over-allotments, if any. WNS does not intend to offer any ADSs in the proposed offering and will not receive any proceeds from the proposed offering. More

Accenture Finds Customers Taking Control of Their Entertainment Ecosystems

Customers are increasingly taking control of their entertainment experience — multitasking while watching TV, integrating second screen devices into their viewing experience, and viewing more Internet-based content — according to a new Accenture survey. The third annual multi-nation “Video Over Internet Customer Survey”  found that viewers are using laptops, phones, tablets, and even reading books and newspapers, in growing numbers while watching TV. Overall 90 percent of respondents indicated they watch some video content over the Internet. More


Catholic Health Initiatives and Accenture Apply Analytics to Identify Health Risks among Patient Populations

Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI), one of the largest U.S. non-profit health providers, has partnered with Accenture in a nine-month initiative to apply analytics to identify at-risk factors among patient populations. Together they will design & implement information management capabilities across healthcare facilities in 17 states. The effort should help CHI target patient populations to improve care delivery and better monitor patient health while streamlining clinical operations. More

The cloud-based service delivery platform combined with IBM’s global industry assets will expedite Itella’s transformation to a more agile enterprise. The agreement allows Itella to focus on its core business and develop new value-add services for its clients rather than on building the new business environment itself from scratch. More
