ServiceNow Connects all the Dots for It’s Customers

Carolyn Hollingsworth, Senior Manager of IT Service Operations at Lennox International, came to the ServiceNOW Knowledge13 conference and sat to speak with Dave Vellante and Jeff Frick on theCube about her experience with ServiceNOW.

Lennox International is a global manufacturer of heating and air conditioning equipment based in Dallas, Texas. Hollingsworth explains that she sees ServiceNOW like an ERP system for IT. They have the ability to build new applications for other facets of the business and bring innovations to help drive that business.

The connectivity that ServiceNOW has given them is of note. Prior to introducing ServiceNOW to the enterprise information was all separate and at times inaccurate. Conflicting data from different sources was an issue of concern. ServiceNOW has provided them with one system where all the information lies and everyone has access to the same records and data.
