Zynga Chart Reveals what Farmville Players Knew a Long Time Ago

Earning more than one million dollars a day, the social gaming developer Zynga, named after a late dog, is on a 3-year roll, and takes the throne in more than sector. As it seems, spending $90 million a year on Facebook ads does have its benefits.

As quite accurately described in this infographic, Zynga is the undisputed leader of social gaming. Owning no less than 6 of Facebook’s 10 leading games, the company behind the original record-breaker Poker and the current leader Farmville counting over 10 million daily plays definitely sees the fruits of its labor, and on a daily basis too. There’s no arguing with Zynga’s $1 million/day revenue; rapid expansion to Japan, India, China and mobile market; $1.5 million worth of Haiti donations raised in just 5 days and 360 million active monthly Zynga users every month.

Mark Pinkus has been repeatedly praised for his company’s very successful business plan, and as this infographic indicates, marketing is probably one of the main things that got Zynga to where it is now. Overtaking bigger and bigger markets including MSN Games, My Yahoo, MySpace and more, the social gaming company has realized exactly what everyone else in the IT world, only took it to the next level – maximum exposure plus connectivity plus additional service-based revenue equals a mind-blowing amount of international demand, and a very informative infographic posted every now and then.
