Pano Logic Welcomes Zonics to Partner Network

VDI solutions provider Pano Logic announced that Zonics, a full service IT firm, has joined its partner network. The company has over 250 partners worldwide on which it relies to deliver its VDI product to customers, and Zonics has become the latest reseller to join a very long list.

“Zonic cloud strategies leverage the Pano Logic solution for the VDI component since maximizing ROI and minimizing TCO are key to any successful cloud deployment,” said Bill Schade, president of Zonics Inc. “We’re pleased to become an authorized solution provider so we can deliver Pano Logic to our customers.”

Pano Logic Resellers are certified to be able to deploy and optimize its VDI offering across a broad spectrum of networks, as well as to provide guidance for customers in calculation total cost of ownership. Further, Pano also offers customers the Quickstart Service provided via its partners, which is a one-day program providing customers with post-implementation ROI models and TCO savings reports.

Pano’s offering is a bundled hardware and software product that includes the Manager, VM manager and connection broker, the Pano Device zero client and Pano Direct, which facilities support for USB. The price is $389 per unit.

Another software solution Pano offers along with its VDI product is Pano System 4.5, the latest version of a solution meant to improve performance for end-users and extend support for two additional server platforms. Pano System 4.5 also brings improved graphic quality, particularly when it comes to videos.

Around a week before the version 4.5 of the software was announced, the company released a public sector case study. The staff of a library in Staunton, Virginia now leverages a Pano deployment to provide better service to locals.
