Hewlett-Packard can’t boast of being on the bleeding edge of wearable technology like some the other exhibitors at this week’s Consumer Electronics Show, but the hardware giant still has its PC mojo. The company introduced four new all-in-one devices ahead of the event’s kickoff in Las Vegas, most notable of which is the Android Jelly Bean-powered Slate 21 Pro.

The business-oriented desktop is designed primarily for running lightweight cloud-based applications and offers native integration with mobile devices based on Google’s operating system. It’s also XenDesktop-ready and and supports Citrix’s High Definition Experience technologies, which gives users the freedom to switch from Android to a virtual Windows environment without compromising on usability. For admins, compatibility with XenMobile (formerly Zenprise) provides device and application management capabilities.

The Slate 21 Pro is powered by a quad-core Nvidia Tegra 4 processor and packs 2GB of DDR3/800 memory along with 16GB of eMMC flash storage, which is enough to support most business user workloads. The all-in-one sports a 21.5-inch IPS optical touchscreen with a resolution of 1920 by 1080 pixels, offers a good number of ports as well as HDMI input, and includes an onboard 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi adapter.

The machine made its debut alongside two Windows AIOs: the low-end HP 205 business PC, and the compact ProOne 400 G1 for small and midsize companies. The latter device is available in two models, one featuring a 21.5 inch-touchscreen and the other a plain 19.5-inch display, and can be configured with different Haswell processors.

The three desktops made their debut a day before the HP Z1 G2, an all-in-one workstation featuring a 27-inch 10-point touch and fourth generation Intel silicon. It comes with dual-tone front-facing speakers and DTS Studio Sound Audio built in.
