WOMEN IN TECH

Watch LIVE from Grace Hopper’s celebration of women in tech | #GHC16

The Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing conference kicks off today at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, Texas. The three-day event is the largest gathering of women technologists and focuses on the various contributions they are making to the technology market.

SiliconANGLE will once again be at this year’s Grace Hopper Celebration with exclusive interviews from our roving news desk, theCUBE

The number of women in the fields of science, technology, engineering and maths is increasing, but they continue to face various challenges when it comes to progressing in these fields. During its interviews, theCUBE will explore the specifics around talent retention, especially at senior levels where women continue to be underrepresented.

TheCUBE will explore ways in which women in STEM can grow and develop in the workplace, minority mentorship programs that are being developed as well as the ever-changing office culture.
