Roambi Tops this Week’s Tablet Business App Roundup

Roambi is the nifty iOS app that allows you to view data not as Excel spreadsheets but rather as aesthetic, visualized charts. This week the application turned even more attractive with an announcement from MeLLmo, debuting a new feature along with the complimentary Roambi ESX software. The latter is a publishing system that gives professional users more powerful tools to manage and visualize their data.

iOS

Roambi Analytics Visualizer

ESX works with Analytics Visualizer and Flow, the company’s other app, but it’s not a part of either. Pulse on the other hand is. This newest feature lets users compare metrics and displays the results in an animated, CSI-style form that couples some extra character with the overall appeal.

abc Notes

abc Notes is a simple and as a result highly efficient note-taker that doesn’t focus on fluff, but on making it fast and easy for the iPad holder to whip up a memo. It comes with a number of built-in note templates to save time, as well as all the standard features one would come to expect such as device synchronization.

PaperDesk

PaperDesk is meant to serve the same purpose as Notes, only while emphasizing the advanced functionality that a big portion of users does in fact expect. Sketches can be made, photos can be pasted to the display and there’s a 20-level undo button among other things.

Android

WritePad

WritePad is not angling for the note-takers. The app was made specifically to permit hand-writing and even drawing on tablet displays – it purposely avoids registering a palm that might be resting on the screen, and features several other of these equally small yet very cherished functions.

 MetaTrader

Last but not least is MetaTrader 4. The original version was released 2005, and the developer had plenty of time to polish the Forex client even before releasing the Android version. With access to 750 different trading servers, it doesn’t disappoint.
