Quantified Self Tuesday provided us with Trace, a gadget perfect for people who do extreme sports who want to track their progress, the LUMOback which helps you correct your posture, and the Tinke, a small device that is powered by your iDevice that gathers information such as heart rate, respiratory rate, blood oxygen level, and heart rate variability (the change in the rate of a heart beat), to let you know your level of wellness and fitness.
