Silicon Valley startup CrowdChat Platform cofounded by our own John Furrier and ex Cloudera & Riot Games big data developer Dani Rayan is getting lots of positive feedback from early adopters.  CrowdChat is a global, real-time social network platform with an integrated conversation application for public group discussions and information sharing.

To simplify, think of CrowdChat as a platform to allow executives to hold “office hours” — where socialized conversations, thought-leadership and ideation with both their industries and audience can be tracked. Executives can assign virtual space to create an “appointment based” event (chat) and use time as the main filter.

CrowdChat creates a hyperlink from every comment that can be shared to social networks like Twitter and LinkedIn, so it can pull in additional Twitter and LinkedIn users in from the “wild” creating deep linking conversations.

At Node Summit in San Francisco, Dani Rayan CrowdChat cofounder and CTO gave a demo of the technology and platform. The product was extremely well received, and the excitement from the room for CrowdChat by the technology leaders and professionals was palpable.

The #nodesummit CrowdChat was buzzing and the crowd was ecstatic at results of the technology and the impact of CrowdChat.

Many of the VCs were excited by the application of data and social interaction.  Data science in marketing is huge says veteran venture capitalist Greg Sands founder of Costanoa Venture Capital.
