The Internet of Things (IoT) has so much potential, and according to Cisco Customer Solutions Architect Daniel Bogda, this is “where science fiction, where magic start to really become marketable products.” He believes that we now have the tools, technology and processing power to achieve a lot of promises associated with the IoT.

In an interview for theCUBE at the recently concluded Oracle OpenWorld 2014, Bogda discussed some current examples of how IoT is in use, what the standards are and how it relates to the edge of the network.
