LG to unveil upscale LG Watch Urbane at MWC 2015

The Mobile World Congress event will be kicking off next week and rumors are abundant as to what manufacturers are bringing to the table. One of the more notable expectations is LG Electronics Inc.’s luxury smartwatch, called the LG Watch Urbane.

The smartwatch features a round P-OLED display screen, comes in silver or gold steel casing, compatible with devices running Android 4.3 or higher, a photoplethysmography (PPG) sensor that measures a user’s heart rate and average pulse during exercise, and an always-on ambient mode for location-aware capabilities.

Steve Wozniak thinks Apple Watch will sell millions from the start

Steve Wozniak, the co-founder of Apple, was skeptic about the Apple Watch when it first debuted, but may have since changed his mind. In a recent interview, Wozniak admitted that he had a bad experience with early smartwatches, thus his initial negativity towards the Apple Watch. As Apple has revealed more details as to how its newest gadget will work once released in stores, Wozniak is all praise for the Apple Watch stating that Apple has a knack of making things more fun.

Are smart meters causing health problems?

Axiros GmbH announced that it plans to release AXPERIENCE 2.0, an IoT platform that complements the company’s established AXCESS suite as it focuses on efforts that would help IoT software developers and service providers.
