Networking and security platform startup Todyl Inc. today revealed it has raised $28 million in new funding to develop and expand its platform.

Anthos Capital led the Series A round, with existing investors Tech Operators, Blu Ventures and StoneMill Ventures also participating. Including the new funding, Todyl has raised $30.3 million to date, according to Crunchbase.

Founded in 2015, Todyl offers a network and security platform built for managed service providers and managed security service providers. Pitched as enabling businesses of any size to operate a complete, end-to-end security program, the company’s offering helps channel partners address some of the toughest challenges facing businesses today.

The company’s Todyl Security Platform, which launched earlier this week, includes endpoint security that combines endpoint detection and response and next-generation antivirus into the single-agent platform. The service includes personalized 24×7 managed EDR focused on prevention, detection and response.

The Todyl Security Platform empowers channel partners serving small to medium-sized enterprises and midmarket companies to offer capabilities that were previously reserved for large enterprises. The company claims that it puts world-class security and networking within reach of every business.

The solution is said to deliver the flexibility needed to connect and protect businesses as the modern workspace evolves. With a global footprint of 29 points of presence, Todyl said, it provides a consistent, secure experience for staff both in and out of the office while simplifying operations, strengthening posture and reducing complexity and cost.

“Our partners no longer need to stitch together dozens of products and tools to deliver comprehensive security,” Darrin Swan, channel chief at Todyl, said in a statement. “With one platform and one agent, they can calibrate our powerful capabilities to fit their client’s exact needs.”

Todyl also announced it’s expanding with new security operations centers in the U.S. and internationally to further enhance its MXDR service. “Our growing team and new locations enable us to deliver faster responses, deeper insights, tailored threat hunting and more, to provide best-in-class security services to organizations of all sizes,” said Aaron Goldstein, head of security operations and incident response at Todyl.
