A-LIGN updates deliver complete compliance solution automation

Cybersecurity and compliance solutions provider A-LIGN Compliance and Security Inc. today announced the release of compliance automation updates to their compliance management platform A-SCEND to deliver complete compliance solution automation.

The updates are said to offer the industry’s first end-to-end compliance software on the market resulting in the highest-quality reports. With the update, A-SCEND allows teams of all sizes to gain instant visibility into their cybersecurity and compliance standing, create policies and manage evidence in one centralized platform.

With intuitive automation, the A-SCEND compliance automation platform combines auditor experience, millions of information requests reviewed for compliance and thousands of client inputs. The software is designed to meet organizational compliance audit needs, enable security year-round and help rapidly scale up an organization’s business as its compliance needs grow.

New features in the release include automated evidence collection to save time and resources, cloud integrations and continuous monitoring. A new policy center feature offers readily available industry best practices and guideline readiness assessments are said to decrease the time to reach audit readiness. Consolidated audit requests in the new release also facilitate the easy delivery of multiple audit requirements.

Using the new features, organizations benefit from a streamlined end-to-end audit journey that results in a trusted, well-respected SOC 2 compliance standard report for stakeholders who require the validation of their protected information.

A-LIGN argues that existing audit readiness software providers typically cover the readiness portion of an audit but require additional vendors to conduct audits and assessments for organizations.

“With the combination of the new A-SCEND features and our audit experience, organizations now have a complete, comprehensive solution with the most optimized audit process through a single provider,” A_LIGN Chief Executive Scott Price said in a statement. “We bridge the gap between auditor experience and intuitive compliance automation software and can support the entire audit journey from readiness to report.”

A-LIGN is a venture capital-funded startup that has raised $54.5 million to date, according to Crunchbase. Investors include FTV Capital and Warburg Pincus.
