Boomi help orgs modernize data governance and security using AWS Marketplace

Migrating on-premises data to the cloud is no simple task. It takes careful planning and dedicated time.

Many companies want to start the modernization journey but aren’t sure how. Critical aspects, such as data governance and security, must not be forgotten in this process as it can risk the safety of the company, according to Ed Macosky (pictured), chief innovation officer at Boomi LP, which aims to provide quick solutions to customers.

Boomi sits right in the middle of providing solutions of all of that to make a business more efficient,” Macosky said. “Not only that, but you can implement things very very quickly, because we’re a low-code platform. It’s no longer about tools and technology and providing people with paint to paint on a canvas. We’re offering solutions on the AWS Marketplace,” he said.

Macosky spoke with theCUBE industry analysts Lisa Martin and John Furrier at the recent AWS re:Invent conference, during an exclusive broadcast on theCUBE, SiliconANGLE Media’s livestreaming studio. They discussed how Boomi is helping customers automate solutions. (* Disclosure below.)

AWS provides solutions in Marketplace to help migration

Boomi has 32 new connectors, and its customers have made 199,970 new connections, according to Macosky. And rather than spending so much time coding, organizations want to automate their solutions in an intelligent way so they can move forward and be more productive.

“It is about automation and quickly automating things … doing more with less,” Macosky emphasized.

Boomi has received lots of positive feedback over the past few years, as the company is known for its intuitive and scalable solutions. In fact, one of its customers, healthcare/fintech innovator HealthBridge Financial, was able to deliver integrations at least 10X faster with Boomi.

In the upcoming year, Boomi plans to launch more services in the AWS Marketplace aimed at solving more challenging customer concerns.
