How ‘the power of we’ is helping to improve cybersecurity

Understanding the technology behind new solutions is very insightful. Learning to take an educated approach to create solutions is an important skill to ensure the success of a company and trust of clients, according to Michael Rogers (pictured), vice president of global alliances at CrowdStrike Holdings Inc.

Companies must look at patterns and trends in the market to make informed decisions, especially when it comes to building customer trust.

“They are harnessing the CrowdStrike platform to bring a cloud-native solution to their customers to augment and enhance the services that they bring to those customers,” explained Michael Rogers, vice president of global alliances at CrowdStrike Holdings Inc. In fact, their Net Promoter Score increased by 16% in the past year which further emphasizes their efforts to enhance customer experience.

Rogers spoke with theCUBE industry analyst Dave Vellante and David Nicholson at last year’s theCUBE @ Fal.Con event, during an exclusive broadcast on theCUBE, SiliconANGLE Media’s livestreaming studio. They discussed how CrowdStrike is focused on accelerating its market growth and how to harness the power of “the collective” to drive the most value to the marketplace. (* Disclosure below.)

Merging IT and OT to build detection and response solutions

CrowdStrike recently launched the Alliance Program Management Office to help businesses expand with a customer-centric design.

“Multiple partners can play a role on a journey to bringing a customer on board initially, and they can all participate and be rewarded for their contribution to that opportunity,” Rogers said, adding that he wants to find ways where CrowdStrike can help partners expand and keep their information protected from threats.

Rogers also emphasized the importance of teamwork and leadership to knock down blockers and create innovative solutions to turn down threats. The team continues to collect feedback from partners on ways to improve and strengthen their platform.

CrowdStrike merges IT and OT to build detection and response solutions, ensuring solutions comply with governance and sovereignty for clients situated in different regions. For instance, the big four threat groups are Russia, North Korea, Iran and China, which all have different compliance orders and need to keep these in mind in order to create appropriate preventative measures, according to Rogers.
