Stravito introduces integration with Microsoft SharePoint and Teams for improved data accessibility
Knowledge management startup Stravito AB today announced a new integration feature with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams for seamless knowledge integration across sources.
The new feature has been designed to make it easier to automatically sync and upload SharePoint files to the Stravito platform, improving accessibility to critical insights, among other benefits. In addition to improving accessibility to insights, Stravito now offers integration with the existing corporate stack.
The integration includes support for easy onboarding for new regions or departments, findability and reuse of existing knowledge and experience sharing, and curatorial opportunities for synced files. Once files are synced to Stravito, the Stravito-powered curation options become applicable for them as well, such as pages in Scrapbooks, organizing them in Collections, setting up notifications and Insight Feeds.
Files can now be accessed from selected folders on SharePoint sites and Microsoft Teams folders to Stravito in real time. New, modified or deleted files in selected SharePoint folders will be continuously synced onto the Stravito platform.
Insights teams can sync Sharepoint files automatically to the platform or use a new purpose-built tool for bulk uploading. A feature called Megaupload allows users to quality-check tags and control which of the files from synced locations should become available and to whom, ensuring the security and restriction of access to sensitive data.
“Many of our customers use Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams as a general purpose drive while also using Stravito as their purpose-built platform for market research,” said Stravito founder and Chief Executive Thor Olof Philogéne. “This deepened integration eliminates siloes between the two platforms. All sources are now seamlessly integrated, enabling businesses to set up out-of-the-box integrations to fetch documents and file storages from Stravito in just a few clicks.”
The new Microsoft Sharepoint Integration feature is available to all Stravito customers. To set it up, all customers need to do is connect a file storage system at the Workspace level in settings.
Stravito is a venture capital-funded startup that has raised $23.8 million to date, according to Tracxn. Notable investors include henQ, Creades AB, Endeit Capital Partners AB and Inventure AB.
