CrowdStrike and Accenture partnership enhances cybersecurity solutions

Artificial intelligence is rapidly reshaping the cybersecurity landscape, as companies increasingly turn to AI-powered solutions to counter sophisticated cyber threats. CrowdStrike Inc. and Accenture Security are at the forefront of this movement, combining AI cybersecurity tools with expert-managed services to offer a comprehensive defense strategy.

By integrating advanced technology with human expertise, this collaboration empowers enterprises to predict, detect and respond to cyber threats in real time, marking a significant shift in how businesses can safeguard their critical assets, said Amanda Adams (pictured, right), vice president Americas alliances at CrowdStrike.

“Our teams have done an excellent job of working together to build Accenture-led services on the CrowdStrike platform,” Adams said. “While we’re still easy to deploy, the evolution of the platform and the 28 modules that we have has led to the partnership opportunity that Accenture brings to our clients today. We’re focused on the customer at the center of all that we do. And really, our joint teams share that mission and it’s really worked well recently.”

Adams and Naynesh Patel (left), global managing director at Accenture Security spoke with theCUBE Research’s Dave Vellante and Rebecca Knight at Fal.Con, during an exclusive broadcast on theCUBE, SiliconANGLE Media’s livestreaming studio. They discussed the strategic partnership between CrowdStrike and Accenture in delivering comprehensive cybersecurity solutions and services. (* Disclosure below.)

How AI cybersecurity tools are revolutionizing security operations

Partnerships such as that between CrowdStrike and Accenture enhance companies’ resilience to attacks by addressing the skills gap and improving resource efficiency for client support. Accenture’s role is not just about delivering CrowdStrike’s technology but also about integrating it into broader strategies to meet clients’ needs, according to Patel.

“Accenture has many clients across the globe. A lot of the times when we’re working on transformation projects, we were seeing CrowdStrike over and over and over again,” Patel said “Our clients were like, ‘Hey, this is a really great platform. We’d love to be able to work with you and engage, depending on how we can transform this into much more of an advanced, from a detect to protect to respond kind of capability.’”

Moreover, the integration of artificial intelligence and automation is a cornerstone of the joint offering, significantly improving the effectiveness of security operations centers while reducing the burden on internal teams. Through this partnership, CrowdStrike and Accenture are not only helping companies respond to threats more efficiently but also allowing them to proactively manage and anticipate risks, enabling them to focus on core business objectives, Patel added.

“We’re building and have invested in AI SOC workflows. These are augmenting the SOC model, thinking about false positive alerts and chasing leads that our incident respondents needs to go after, threat detectors need to go after,” Patel said. “So we’re infusing a lot of automation. We’re investing in AI…and the fact that we’re able to marry that together to really bring transformation in an automated fashion really helps and is bringing a lot of excitement to our customers.”
