SUPERWISE launches ‘/collect’ AI tool for frontline data capture

Enterprise artificial intelligence governance and operations platform company SUPERWISE today announced the launch of /collect, an AI-powered data capture tool built for frontline teams.

The new tool is designed for dynamic environments such as construction sites, factories and utility routes and allows teams to capture, sync and report data anywhere. With /collect, data stays with the owner and there is no vendor lock-in or “black-box” storage.

The solution supports local data caching, region-aware syncing and enterprise-aligned governance policies, allowing users to maintain full control over where data is stored, when it’s transmitted and how it’s used. SUPERWISE says that approach gives organizations ownership from the moment of capture, supporting both operational agility and jurisdictional requirements.

Using /collect, technicians, operators and field workers can log voice notes, snap photos and jot updates, even in offline environments. Inputs are cached locally, then synced to enterprise systems with structured reports auto-generated by built-in AI.

“/collect isn’t just a form filler, it’s a frontline intelligence layer,” said Chief Executive Russ Blattner. “We built it to operate where the action is so companies can stop relying on incomplete reports and start seeing what’s really happening in real time.”

Differing from traditional tools retrofitted for fieldwork, /collect was engineered from the ground up for hands-busy, no-signal environments. An intuitive user experience and offline capabilities put zero-friction data capture into the hands of the people closest to the work.

The /collect tool supports local caching, region-aware syncing and governance-aligned policies to ensure data is stored, transmitted and used on the organization’s terms.

The platform also leverages AI to turn raw inputs into structured reports in seconds, eliminating backlogs and manual processing. Managers gain quick access for reviews, audits and escalations, while modular integration with enterprise systems allows data to flow seamlessly via exports, flexible formats and team-level access controls.

The /collect tool is already being deployed by early adopters across construction, manufacturing and utilities to improve site safety, reduce reporting lag and accelerate maintenance response.

“When field data is clean, current and contextual, AI can actually do its job,” added Blattner. “That’s why /collect matters. It doesn’t just improve documentation, it feeds better decisions across the board.”

SUPERWISE is a venture capital-backed startup that has raised $4.5 million in funding, according to Tracxn. Investors include F2 Venture Capital, Capri Ventures and Apple Core Holdings.
