Teambridge unveils AI platform built for frontline and shift-based workforces

Teambridge LLC, an artificial intelligence workforce management company for contractor and frontline teams, today announced the launch of Teambridge AI, a full-featured solution designed to streamline staffing, compliance and last-minute operational changes.

While most AI tools have focused on desk-based and knowledge workers, the technology’s reach is expanding to include healthcare professionals, event staff and manufacturing crews. Many of these industries still rely on legacy systems, spreadsheets and written paperwork to handle day-to-day management, but the software support for these sectors has lagged behind.

A 2025 Gallup Inc. poll found that 40% of U.S. employees now report using AI at work at least occasionally — a nearly 20% jump from 2023. White-collar workers led adoption, rising from 15% in 2024 to 27% in 2025. Meanwhile, blue-collar and frontline roles remained mostly flat, even slipping slightly from 11% in 2023 to 9% in 2025.

Teambridge described its platform as AI-native, built specifically to meet the speed, regulatory and operational demands of real-world workforces.

“AI is best suited to the realities of large, dynamic workforces because of its inherent ability for speed and scale,” said Tito Goldstein, chief executive and co-founder of Teambridge. “Engaging every lead, filling thousands of roles, and orchestrating massive schedules that change by the minute are all no longer out of reach.”

While major workforce management platforms like Workday Inc. and Rippling People Center Inc. have introduced AI features, Teambridge positions itself as a platform purpose-built for non-desk and shift-based workforces rather than an enterprise HR extension.

Unlike wrappers around large language models such as ChatGPT, the company said, its solution is designed to integrate into and understand staffing workflows, scaling best practices and automate execution. The new solution provides four primary capabilities needed by modern day workforces: policy management, an always-on analyst capable of surfacing insights about work, an orchestration engine that turns manual processes into automated systems and specialist AI agents.

The company said its platform deploys AI agents for handling recruiting, scheduling, credentialing and client requests at scale. Specialist AI systems are customizable, without the need for coding knowledge, to build on an organization’s best practices and day-to-day work information to catch changes in real-time and handle processes like professionals.

According to the company, Teambridge AI is designed to support blue-collar and frontline workforces by not only spotting trends but also explaining the “why” behind them and taking direct actions such as generating shifts or contacting potential candidates.

Teambridge’s customers include Levi’s Stadium, which uses the platform to coordinate fan-experience staff. United Staffing Solutions Inc. helps with healthcare and nurse engagement. Other customers include Sentry Event Services Inc. and Revv Staffing.

“We have to hire, onboard and train people quickly, and then give them a tool to manage their own shifts,” said Sentry Event Services Chief Operating Officer Brandon Igdalsky. “With Teambridge, workers can pick up, swap or add shifts and stay in touch with managers leading up to and during the event. Having all of that at our fingertips completely changed the way we operate.”

Teambridge said it bridges the gap between back-office management, third-party data systems and frontline workers. Human resources and staffing companies can provide workers a branded, consumer-grade mobile app that keeps staff up to date, allowing them to apply, onboard, clock-in and communicate all in one place on Android or iOS.
