A new wave of automation is redefining enterprise productivity — one where digital coworkers don’t just streamline tasks, they actively drive outcomes.
Monday.com Ltd.’s latest innovations highlight how smart systems are becoming core contributors to the way modern teams get work done. From multilingual service bots that resolve requests on the fly to CRM agents that zero in on high-value leads, monday.com’s approach signals a shift toward what it calls an “infinite workforce.” It’s a model built on collaboration between people and technology, creating a new rhythm for productivity in the age of intelligent work, according to Daniel Lereya (pictured), chief product and technology officer at monday.com.
Monday.com’s Daniel Lereya discusses the company’s enterprise productivity efforts with theCUBE.
“We really believe that AI has such a huge impact on how people work, and that this year it’s all about the future of work, in which people can actually not just manage their work with monday.com, but also do the actual work with it,” Lereya said. “We have so many exciting things that we wanted to share today about this new future of work and how you can leverage it.”
Lereya spoke with theCUBE’s Paul Nashawaty at Elevate ’25, during an exclusive broadcast on theCUBE, SiliconANGLE Media’s livestreaming studio. They unpacked a wave of announcements that signal a bold leap forward for the company’s AI-driven Work OS — from contextual AI to no-code app creation and intelligent digital agents. Monday.com has pulled the curtain off two new tools — monday magic and monday vibe — that push the boundaries of no-code app creation. Designed for “citizen developers,” these features let anyone describe a business problem in plain language and instantly generate custom applications, according to Lareya.
“We really believe in the future when companies do the work on top of monday, and then, as you use more products, basically everything becomes better,” he said. “You get this compound effect between everything and this is what makes the difference.”
“Monday vibe” takes AI democratization further, using natural language to translate ideas into fully functioning apps in seconds. From HR workflows to marketing dashboards, teams across functions can innovate faster, with governance and security built in. It’s a vision of accessible creativity — where employees become creators, not just users, Lareya added.
“It’s a platform with all these flexible Lego bricks that you can actually build your own solutions. We saw that people take this power and change how their business works,” he said. “They suddenly can create their own solutions. They suddenly have immediate time to value. This is super important as the world keeps changing so fast.”
